Questions regarding trading orders

Why the take-profit order or the pending order has not worked out?

Remember that there are two price components: ask (demand) and bid (offer). The offer price is low and is always shown in the graphic chart. Trade rules related to the opening / closing of orders are as follows:

  • Sell order is opened at the Bid price and is closed at Ask price.

  • Purchase order is opened at the Ask price and closed at the Bid price

For example:

For your order to sell EUR / USD, the take-profit level is adjusted to be 1.4360.

The price has reached 1.4360 but the order has not been closed on take-profit.

(Ask = bid + spread),
that is, when the offer (Bid) = 1,4360, demand (Ask) is equal to 1.4362.

This means that your order for the minimum price was 1.4362, which is why it has not been closed.

The "Account History" does not display all orders.

In the "Account History", click the right mouse button and select the menu item “All history”.

Why are the buttons (Buy) / (Sell) not active?

Usually, this means:

  • You are logged in by using the investor password. In this case you need to re-enter using the trader password.

  • No connection to the server. Please check your internet connection.

  • Your amount of money is not enough to open an order. Please select a smaller lot size or make a deposit to your account.

Restoration and change of personal information.

How do I restore the trader password?

Trader password is stored on the server and cannot be restored for security reasons. It is possible to create a new password. In order to create a new password, you have to contact the support service: support@nwfbroker.com. Please do not forget to include your trading account number and your phone password. A new password will be sent to the trader via email.

How do I restore my PIN?

Pin-code is saved on server and it is not possible to recover it for reasons of safety. It is only possible to create a new pin-code. Enter «Trader's Office» menu, «Data&Settings» and press «Recover pin-code». You can do it here.

How to recover phone password?

To recover phone password, you should contact support service at: support@nwfbroker.com. Please, do not forget to state the number of your trade account and your trader password. New phone password will be sent to you by e-mail.

How to change my personal data?

To change your personal data, you should contact support service at: support@nwfbroker.com. State your account number, your phone password, personal information indicated on registration and which data should be changed. Please, attach the scanned copy of your password.

General questions.

What time is indicated in MetaTrader 4 terminal?

Trade terminal indicates Greenwich time +1.

How to open demonstration account (demo-account)?

Browse MetaTrader 4 terminal. Run it. Enter «File» menu, choose «Open account» option. Fill in registration form. Account number and passwords for your demonstration account will be provided to you at the end of registration procedure.

Technical questions.

What is IP address of server?

78.140.150.164:443

Terminal shows «No connection» message.

In case you see «No connection» message in the connection status line (in bottom right hand corner), you should act as follows:

  1. Close the terminal and restart it.

  2. Check internet connection. There might be a problem with your provider.

  3. Press «No connection» message by left mouse button and choose «Rescan servers» point from the emerged menu.

  4. Open File – Login menu and type in your login (your trade account number), your trader password and full IP address of server: 78.140.150.164:443, then press Login button.

  5. Contact technical support service according to data indicated on site and clarify if there are any problems with master server at the moment.

  6. If everything is ok with the server and preceding actions did not help to solve the problem, delete trade terminal completely and reinstall it.

Terminal shows “Incorrect login” notification. What should I do?

When you tried to login, you typed in incorrect account number, trader password or trade server address. Please, check correctness of your data and try to login again.

Message «Confirmation code is absent» is shown.

When you are trying to draw funds, a letter with reference is sent to your e-mail address.

Please, make sure that you have entered your Trader’s Office before pressing the reference. This means that at the moment of pressing the reference your Trader’s Office must be opened.

For example:

1. If you are using the following internet-browsers: Mozilla, Opera, Google Chrome, IE 7, you should act as follows:

  1. Open your personal page of trade account.

  2. Login.

  3. Create order for transaction or request.

  4. Create new tab (usually by key combination Ctrl+T).

  5. Open and check «Inbox» folder. There you will find e-mail from NWF broker. E-mail should contain confirmation of internet resource address (URL). Press it. Your page of Trader’s Office will be opened and as you have already logged in, confirmation will be accepted and your request will be received.

 

2. If you use such mail programs as Outlook, The Bat!, Lotus etc., then you should act as follows:

  1. Check new messages in «Inbox» folder.

  2. There you will find e-mail from NWF broker.

  3. E-mail should contain confirmation of internet resource address (URL). Press it. Your web-browser will open the page of your personal trade account on default.

  4. IMPORTANT! If “default” web-browser is different from the browser you opened Trader’s Office in (according to paragraph 1), message «Error: Confirmation code is absent» will appear again.

 

3. If you continue receiving message «Error: Confirmation code is absent», then:

  1. Copy reference you received by e-mail.

  2. Login your personal trade account.

  3. Paste reference in browser’s address line in the open page of your account and press ENTER.

Button «New Order» in MetaTrader 4 trade terminal is inactive.

Please, make sure that you logged in using trader password, not investor’s password.

Message "Trading is forbidden" appeared in MetaTrader 4 terminal.

This means that you are trying to trade within non-operating hours (from Friday till Sunday).

Client’s terminal does not run on Windows Vista operation system platform. What should I do?

Check that DEP function is on only for Windows master programs and services:

  1. Press «Computer» button on the desktop by right mouse button and choose «Options» command in pop-up menu.

  2. Choose «System’s advanced settings».

  3. Enter «Additional» panel and press «Settings» button in «Productivity» section.

  4. Enter «DEP (DEPARTURE)». Choose the first option «Turn on DEP only for Windows master programs and services» and press OK.

  5. Press OK in options window and close it.

  6. Restart computer.

  7. Run MetaTrader4 client’s terminal.

Financial questions.

How can I withdraw money from my trade account?

Money withdrawal is performed using the same payment systems you used to deposit money on your account, in proportional amount. You can withdraw money with the help of the following systems:

  • Webmoney (WMZ)

  • Liberty Reserve

  • Perfect Money

Requests on money withdrawal are processed within 24 operating hours.

How can I deposit money to my trade account?

You can find detailed instructions on how to deposit money to your account using every payment system in your Trader’s Office. You will also find information about account for every payment method. The following electronic payment systems are accepted:

  • Web Money

  • Liberty Reserve

  • Perfect Money

How soon will deposited money be received on my trade account?

With Webmoney, Liberty Reserve and Perfect Money automated systems – immediately.

I deposited money but it was not received on my trade account.

If you deposited money to your trade account and money was not received, you should enter Trader’s Office and make notification about your payment in «Notification about transaction» section. Upon notification entering, your request will be processed within 24 hours.

I want to withdraw money but the message "Service is available only for verified accounts" appears in my Trader’s Office. What does it mean?

You should pass authorization procedure in Trader’s Office. To do that, you should load the scanned copy of your passport to Trader’s Office.

Is it possible to perform internal transactions between accounts?

Yes.

What is the commission fee for money withdrawal?

NWF broker does not take any commission fee but your bank or payment systems might take some fee. For Webmoney commission fee constitutes 0,8 %.

Can I deposit money to my trade account at company’s office? Can I also withdraw money there?

No. Money deposit and withdrawal are performed with the help of the following payment systems:

  • Web Money

  • Liberty Reserve

  • Perfect Money
