Questions about trading transactions

The take-profit or the pending order hasn’t worked out. Why?

Please, remember, that there are two price components: ask and bid. The bid price is the lower one and is always showed on the graphic chart. The trading rules related to opening/closing orders are:

  • A sale order is opened at the bid price and is closed at the ask price.

  • A buy order is opened at the ask price, and closed at the bid price.

For example:

For your EUR/USD Sell order, a take-profit 1,4360 is set.

The price has reached 1,4360 but the order was not closed by the take-profit.

(Ask = bid + spread)
At the moment when the bid = 1,4360, ask equals 1,4364.

That means that for your order the minimum price was 1,4364 and that is why it wasn’t closed.

Why can’t I see deals in the account history that were performed earlier?

Just right click in any place at account history tab and press “All History”

Why are the Buy/Sell buttons not active?

Usually, this means:

  • You have logged in using investor password. Please re-login using traders password.

  • There is no connection to server. Please, check your internet connection.

  • You have insufficient amount of money to open the order. Please choose smaller lot size or make a deposit to your account.

Restoration and changing personal data

How do I restore the trader password?

The trader password is stored on server and impossible to restore due to security reasons. It is only possible to create a new password. To create a new password you need to write to support@nwfbroker.com. Please don’t forget to attach your trading account number and your telephone password. A new trader password will be sent to you by e-mail.

How do I restore the pin code?

The pin code is stored on server and impossible to restore due to security reasons. It is only possible to create a new one. Go to the Trader’s Office, Data&Settings and click on «Recover pincode». You can do it here.

How do I restore the telephone password?

In order to restore your telephone password you need to write to support@nwfbroker.com. Please don’t forget to attach your trading account number and your telephone password.A new trader password will be sent to you by e-mail.

How do I change my personal information?

To change your personal information you need to write to support@nwfbroker.comInclude your account number, your telephone password, the personal data which you gave upon registration, and which information needs to be changed. Please attach scanned copy of your passport.

General questions

What time is displayed in the MetaTrader 4 terminal?

The trading terminal time is GMT +1.

How to open a demo account?

Download the MetaTrader 4 terminal. Launch it. Go to File menu, choose an Open account option. Fill in the registration form. Account number and passwords will be given for your demo account at the end of the registration procedure.

Technical questions

What is the server IP address?

80.93.53.86:443 or 78.140.150.164:443

The terminal displays a No connection message.

If you see that there is no connection in the condition line of the connection (in the bottom right hand corner), you need to do the following:

  1. Close the terminal and start it up again.

  2. Check your Internet connection. There may be a problem with your Internet provider.

  3. Left-click on the No connection message and select Rescan servers from the context menu.

  4. Open the File – Login menu and enter your login (your trading account number), your trader password, and the full IP address of the server as 80.93.53.86:443 and press the Login button.

  5. Contact the technical support service (the contact information is available on the website ) and check if there are any problems with the main server at the moment.

  6. If the server is OK, and the above actions did not help to solve the problem, uninstall the trading terminal and reinstall it.

The terminal has displayed an Invalid Login notice. What do I do?

When you try to login into your account, you have entered an incorrect account number, trader password or trading server address. Please check your login data and try again.

A Confirmation code is missing message is displayed.

When you try to make a withdrawal, you receive a letter with the link to your e-mail address.

Please make sure that you are logged into your Trader’s Office before you click on the link. This means that at the moment of clicking on the link, you have your Trader’s Office open.

For example:

1. If you use the following internet browsers - Mozilla, Opera, Google Chrome, IE 7, then take the following steps:

  1. Open your personal trading account page.

  2. Log in.

  3. Create an order for a transaction or a request

  4. Create a new Tab (usually it is the Ctrl+T combination of keys)

  5. Open and check your Inbox folder. You should find there an email from NWF Broker. The letter should contain a confirmation URL. Click on it. Your Trader’s Office page will be opened, and, as you are already logged in, the confirmation will be accepted and your request will be received.

 

2. If you use mail programs such as Outlook, The Bat!, Lotus, etc. then take the following steps:

  1. Check your Inbox for new messages.

  2. There you should find a letter from NWF Broker.

  3. The letter should contain a confirmation URL. Click on it. Your default web browser will open a page from your personal trading account.

  4. NB! If your default web browser is different from the one in which you opened your Trader’s Office from paragraph 1, then the Confirmation code is missing error will appear again.

 

3. If you continue to recieve the Confirmation code is missing error, then:

  1. Copy the link which came by post.

  2. Login into your personal trading account.

  3. Insert the link into the address line of the browser on the open page of your account, and press Enter.

The New Order button in the MetaTrader 4 trade terminal is not active.

Please, make sure you have logged in using traders password, not investor’

A “Trading is forbidden” message has appeared in the MetaTrader 4 terminal.

This means that you are trying to trade during non-working hours (from Friday to Sunday).

The client terminal doesn’t start in the OS Windows Vista platform. What do I do?

Check that DEP (Data Execution Prevention) is only turned on for the main programs and Windows services:

  1. Right click on the Computer icon on your Desktop and choose the Option command in the pop-up menu.

  2. Choose Additional system parameters.

  3. Go to the field Additional and click on the Parameters button in the Quick Actions section.

  4. Go to the Prevention of discharged data. Choose the first option Turn DEP on only for major programs and Windows services and click on OK.

  5. Press OK in the option window and close it.

  6. Restart the computer.

  7. Start the MetaTrader4 client terminal.

Financial questions

How can I withdraw money from my trading account?

Withdrawals are done using the same payment systems with which you deposited money into your account in a proportional amount. You can withdraw money in the following systems:

  • Webmoney (WMZ)

  • Liberty Reserve

  • Perfect Money

  • Bank transfer in US dollars

Requests to withdraw money are processed during working 24 hours.

How can I deposit money into my trading account?

Please find detailed instructions on how to deposit money into your account, using each different payment system, in your Trader’s Office. You will also find account information for each type of payment. Accepted electronic payment systems:

  • Web Money

  • Liberty Reserve

  • Perfect Money

  • International bank transfer (USD)

How fast is the deposited money come to my trading account?

Instantly for automated Webmoney and Perfect Money systems.
For other methods of payment, the clearance time is 24 hours for electronic payments and 1-3 days for bank transfers.

I have deposited money but it hasn’t come to my trading account.

If you have paid money into your trading account but the money hasn’t appeared, you need to go into Trader’s Office and in the Notification about transaction section, you need to make a notification of your payment. After submitting, your request will be processed within a 24 hours.

I want to withdraw money, but in my Trader’s Office “Service is available only to the approved accounts. Take the Certificate” appears. What does this mean?

You need to go through an authorization procedure in the Trader’s Office. For this you need to upload a scanned copy of your passport to the Trader’s Office.

Is it possible to make internal transactions between accounts?

Yes.

How much commission is taken for monetary withdrawals?

NWF Broker does not charge any commission, but your bank or payment system may charge some commission. For Webmoney the commission is 0,8%.

Can I deposit money into my trading account in cash in the company’s office? Can I also withdraw money there?

No. The deposit of funds and withdrawals are done through the following payment systems:

  • Web Money

  • Liberty Reserve

  • Perfect Money

  • International bank transfer (USD)

  • www.wmtransfer.com
